Communication
Emergencies
If there is a fire, medical, or police emergency, call 911.
If there is a water leak that you cannot shut off, please call me immediately and, while the phone is still ringing, run over to my house (two houses up the street) and ring the doorbell or pound on the door and scream until I answer, at any hour, day or night. (I am nearly always home.)
If you have another urgent matter, please use the communications app and send a message with high priority and I will respond as soon as possible.
Requests & Questions
If you have a non-urgent request, such as for maintenance, please use the contact form on your portal page.
