Communication
Emergencies
If there is a fire, medical, or police emergency, call 911.
If there is a water leak that you cannot shut off, please call me immediately and, while the phone is still ringing, run over to my house (two houses up the street) and ring the doorbell or pound on the door and scream until I answer, at any hour, day or night. (I am nearly always home.)
If you have another urgent matter, please use the communications app and send a message with high priority and I will respond as soon as possible.

No flames or vapors.
Only cats are allowed.
Everyone can use the patio.
Don't break the plumbing.
Avoid plumbing and water damage.
Never use these products.
Never flush anything but TP.
Never use shower caddies.
Use a drain strainer.
Run water with disposal.
Don't let mold/mildew form.
Always ventilate the shower.
Open bathroom windows and turn on the ventilation fan during and the shower, and keep ventilating afterward until the bathroom is dry.
